The night before my dad passed away of were messed about to no end waiting for somebody to decide whether my dad's ventilator was going to be turned off my mum and sister spent 9 hours at the hospital before being sent home and asked to return the net day.
Suggested improvements
Our nurse Glenn was super most of the staff were very good. Communication at times could have been better.
